Datasection Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as “this Policy”) regarding the handling of information, including personal information about users (hereinafter referred to as “Users”) of the services provided by the Company.

When Users permit  cooperation with an external service when using the Service, the Company will obtain the following information from such external service.

  • Any other information disclosed by Users to the cooperation partner  based on the privacy settings of external services

2.Purpose of Use

The Company uses the collected user information for the following purposes

3. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties

The Company does not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the individual User’s prior consent. However, this does not apply to the following cases, and we may provide user information to third parties.

  1. When providing user information to third parties in cooperation with external services or  authentication using external services.
  2. When it is necessary for the Company to cooperate with a government agency ,local public body ,or an individual entrusted by them to perform duties based on laws and regulations ,obtaining  user consent may hinder  the performance of such duties.
  3. When otherwise  permitted by law.


The Company may outsource the handling of obtained personal information  within the scope of the purpose of use. When outsourcing, we will select a business operator that appropriately manages personal information based on our standards, enter into a contract for the appropriate handling of personal information, and supervise such business operators.

6.Disclosure of Personal Information

When the Company  receives a request for the disclosure of personal information from a user in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company will promptly confirm that it is a request from Users  themselves, and disclose the information after confirmation. However, this does not apply if the Company  is not obligated to disclose information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other relevant laws. 7.Correction and Suspension of Use of Personal Information

  1. When the Company   a request from a user to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as ‘corrections, etc.’) personal information because the information is not accurate, the Company will promptly confirm that it is a request from Users themselves, conduct an investigation without delay, and based on the results, make corrections, etc. to the content of the personal information. The Company will then notify the user of these actions.
  2. When the Company receive a request from a user to suspend or delete the use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as ‘suspension of use, etc.’) based on the reasons in each of the following items, the Company will promptly confirm that it is a request from Users themselves, conduct an investigation without delay, and based on the results, suspend or delete the use of personal information.The Company will then notify the user of these actions.
  1. The reason that personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously disclosed purposes of use.
  2. The reason that personal information was obtained through false or other means.
  1. When the Company is not obligated to make corrections, etc., or suspend the use of personal information under the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws and regulations, the provisions of Article 1 and Article 2 of this section shall not apply.

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at its discretion.
